How Rachel Met Peter: Why I Shared Our Love Story – Pt 12

When I set out 11 posts ago to tell the story of me and Peter, I never imagined I’d get so involved.  Now, 11 posts later, I’m thankful for all of your comments and for many of you who have shared with me that you identify with our story.  In the video below, I explain why it was important to me to share this story of how I met Peter.

In just three more posts, the story will be complete.  In sharing my story, I’ve learned that many of you also have interesting stories of courage in your relationship with God.  Stories of faith, hope and love.  Experiences that have brought you closer to God, and I want to hear them!  Comment on this post, e-mail me at fishfood (at) fishfoodbook.com or tweet me at @readfishfood if you’d like to be featured.

In the upcoming weeks, I’ll be sharing your stories of how God is a generous God of love, provision and timing.  I love stories, and I can’t wait to read, write and share yours.

Remember, God is a God of relationships!

What a love story! It was so inspiring that I couldn’t stop reading it. It truly showed me some of the flaws I need to work on and more importantly restoring my relationship with God. Thanks so much for the underlying message that we need to trust God with our lives, take away self and BE STILL.

    • Thanks for taking the time to read it! I ALWAYS need to learn these lessons over and over again! Especially the one about being still!

    • Thanks for taking the time to read it! Even now, as I go back and re-read it, I’m amazed at how God was in the details of the story!
